    Policy on Multiple Submissions
AMDS will not accept any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the AMDS reviewing period.

Submitted papers should present original research written by the authors, accompanied by appropriate and scholarly references to existing works. Authors are responsible for clearly delineating their contributions as well as acknowledging the previously published results or techniques upon which their work is based. Reviewers are tasked with verifying that these academic standards are adequately fulfilled.

    AI Policy

Any usage of AI in peer review and writing up review reports are strictly prohibited. Authors on the other hand are allowed to use AI in a responsible way, including translating and proof reading. However, this must be declared. We provide a declaration form that needs to be submitted with the paper if needed.
