Author Instructions

The submissions should contain original, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically in Word format and should be 6-15 pages including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than 6 pages, additional pages will be charged (50 USD per page). Detailed paper templates may be found here:

Abstract/Paper Submission Information

2. Submitted papers should be written in English Only, with a minimum length limit of 5 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices.

3. Submitted papers should be clear and legible, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

4. There is an extra charge for a paper exceeding 6 pages.

6. Those who do not willing to publish papers can submit abstracts. The accepted abstract can be presented at the conference as Presentation Only.

Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award: One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each session and the Award will be announced at the end of each session.

Policy on Multiple Submissions
AMDS will not accept any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the AMDS reviewing period.

Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results/techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
